Linda MacNeal, Chief Elation Officer
Linda never leaves home without her funnybone. She is a veteran of and a refugee from the staid and somber world of corporate seriousness.
Linda is a seasoned trainer, a professional devoted to teaching people how to lighten up so they can reap the health benefits of humor and laughter. Linda's lectures energize, empower and entertain while delivering practical ideas about how to incorporate humor into one's personal life and workplace.
Linda was a mainframe Marketing Representative at IBM. Then she founded ComputerEase, a New York City-based PC training company. She consulted for dozens of the top stress-producing corporations, better known as the Fortune 100. She kept her students laughing and learning, while teaching financial applications to corporate cash managers. She authored several heavy computer books (including many sleep remedy titles like Excel for Treasury Managers, Cash Management Templates, and other lucrative but studious computer books).
Her serious education includes a Master's Degree in Japanese Linguistics from the University of Hawaii as well as her credential of being a bona fide graduate of Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Clown College. Along the way, she taught clowning courses at the famous 92nd Street Y, became a Clown Professor at New School for Social Research, a regularly scheduled Hula Dancer at NYC Museum of Natural History, and the entertainment at Margaret Mead's 75th birthday dinner.
Linda will remind you that life is too serious to be taken seriously! |
