1. HUMOR U TIP #162 – Heart Funny |
By Ann Fry If a cow laughed, would milk come out her nose? Are you laughing? I hope so. When you read or see something funny, you reeeallly want to laugh. Why? Because it's great for your heart as well as your psyche. Laugh more and you avoid heart attacks … and probably lots of other kinds of attacks too, like from spouses, parents, bosses. It's much easier to get along with people when you laugh than when you cry. But, seriously, laughing gets the heart going in a healthy way AND if there's one part of your body that you really want working well, it's your heart. TIP: Laugh and you protect your heart … so try out a few laughing ideas. Get a funny book and read it, tell some jokes, watch a funny video, be playful and have fun. Take laughing seriously … for your heart! Truth: People just want to work for GREAT companies and GREAT managers. If you make them laugh and keep them happy, they'll "blow the lid" off their productivity and produce breakthrough results! Can you say... KA-CHING? For Past Tips, visit: |

3. MOVIE RECOMMENDATIONS |
Since humor, laughter and FUN are our game, we LOVE movies as a source for those feelings. So, whenever we see a movie that we think is really fun or silly or otherwise worthy of recommendation, we'll cover it here. Movies, by the way, are great "therapy" — a great way to get away from stress and the busy world.
