• We'll do a very thorough assessment of how your employees feel about working for you. This assessment will consist of both written material and in-person interviews with your employees.
• We'll spend some time at your headquarters or other locations to observe the overall attitude and functioning of the employees. We're well-trained in systems theory and the Deming Model and thus will be able to make excellent recommendations on what's working and what's not.
• We'll determine the effectiveness of your "teams" – are they working well together?
• We'll offer you both a written summary and a discussion of our findings.We'll then prescribe and carry out a PLAN for energizing your workplace … and thus your bottom line!

This plan will address of many of the following areas:

• The physical environment
• The breakroom
• The need for more efficient team building
• How to combat stress and burnout on the job
• How to appoint a Director of Fun position or a "Fun committee" to plan regular events at your workplace.

Once we present the plan, we'll train your Fun committee on how to actually implement Humor in the Workplace prescriptions. We'll provide on-going coaching for a period of at least six months to assist with the implementation.

Our mission is "to eradicate terminal seriousness in the world". We know that's a rather lofty statement, but we truly believe that the benefits of humor or a "lightened-up" environment far outweigh the downside of seriousness.

A Teleclass is a one-hour live and interactive phone conference where 5–150 people worldwide can call in to discuss a variety of topics. Discussions are facilitated by the Humor U Staff and other fun leaders on our staff who guide participants in a fun, unique, and lively learning experience unlike anything they have experienced before.
